Encouragement

  Everyone needs strong words of encouragement in life. They need people to tell them they can do it. Some people are like that; telling you that you can do whatever you want. Some people though, try to bring you down. They tell you rhings like "You can't do that." or "Don't even try, you won't be able to do it." When you are around those type of people, they make you feel worthless. People don't know, that there are ways to avoid that. Not to bring them down as well, but to encourage them. They'll soon know that you won't let them bring you down, so they can go up. They will want you around them so you can lift them up and soon they will do the same. Another stardgy is when they insult you or make you feel bad, to compliment them, say "Have a great day!" and walk away. It will leave them hanging. So remember everyone needs encouragement  so lift people up, rather then bringing them down.
